PT Agrojaya Perdana is one of the largest and well-known palm kernel mill plants in Medan, North Sumatra, with a high reputation in both local and overseas markets since 1987. The plant is strategically located approximately 30 minutes away from the Belawan seaport, which has enabled us to successfully penetrate both local and international markets.

KCP in 1987
PT. Agrojaya Perdana started its operations in 1987 with the Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) as the initial step in palm processing.
Extraction in 2010
In 2010, the company expanded its operations by adding extraction facilities, increasing production capacity.
Boiler in 2011
In 2011, the facilities were upgraded with the addition of a boiler, improving efficiency in the production process.
Refinery Plant in 2012
In 2012, PT. Agrojaya Perdana established a refinery plant, marking a significant step in purifying palm kernel oil.
This is a business license to support business activities permitting the implementation of good processed food production methods. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has been registered until November 21, 2028.
ISO 9001:2015 is a company certification based on standards developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) entitled "Quality Management System Requirements." PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2001.
GACC is a registration certificate from the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) which is mandatory for businesses wishing to export products to China.
The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification scheme provides independent verification and certification of the implementation of basic manufacturing practices and prerequisites necessary for the effective implementation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety program. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained GMP+ certification since 2005.
On January 12, 2006, PT. Agrojaya Perdana became a member of the Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), a global certification standard involving various stakeholders in developing and implementing globally standardized governance. OU (Orthodox Union) Kosher is the largest and most recognized Kosher certification agency in the world, which has issued certifications for more than 1,201,950 products produced in more than 9,715 factories in 104 countries worldwide. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained Kosher certification since 2005.
Halal certification is recognition of the halal status of a product issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained halal certification since 2005.
Quarantine (Phytosanitary Certification for PKE destined for New Zealand)
New Zealand is one of the export destinations for Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE). In this country, PKE imported from Indonesia is used as animal feed according to Import Health Standard (IHS) regulations. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained this certification since 2021.
URSA (Understanding Responsible Sourcing Audit)
URSA is an independent assessment of supplier compliance with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to Unilever's Responsible Sourcing Policy. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has obtained this certificate since 2015.
VDF (Verified Deforestation Free)
VDF (Verified Deforestation Free) is an independent verification protocol for deforestation-free and peatland conversion-free palm oil guidelines for palm oil suppliers and Unilever's verification body. PT. Agrojaya Perdana has been verified.
